As a Linux Infrastructure Engineer, you will focus on the design, automation, and optimization of RF (Radio Frequency) workflows and server environments. You will bridge the gap between complex network requirements and scalable system architecture, ensuring that our deployment processes are efficient, secure, and resilient. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust RHEL-based infrastructure to support critical network operations.
- Develop and refine automation workflows to streamline RF deployment processes for enterprise-level clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing cloud and on-premise environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex bottlenecks, and implement proactive optimization strategies.
- Ensure high availability and security compliance across all Linux server environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, deployment processes, and disaster recovery plans.
- Participate in agile sprints to deliver infrastructure improvements that reduce deployment cycles and manual intervention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Systems Administration, specifically with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Proven experience working in telco or large-scale network infrastructure environments.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, RF workflows, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
