Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary escalation point for Linux infrastructure support tickets
- Coordinate with data center technicians for hands-on hardware interventions
- Monitor and maintain system performance across Linux-based environments
- Implement security patches and compliance measures
- Document incident resolutions and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis
- Conduct system audits and capacity planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years Linux system administration experience
- Proficiency in CentOS/Ubuntu/RHEL environments
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and cloud platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- ITIL or ITSM certification preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously during night shifts
