Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update property listings across OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb)
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and booking requests within 24 hours
- Ensure all property details, photos, and descriptions are accurate and compelling
- Analyze listing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy rates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand and seasonality
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns for special offers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management or hospitality operations
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., SiteMinder, Channel Manager)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
