Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the lithium battery production line.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the highest quality standards by conducting regular quality checks on manufactured outputs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace guidelines.
- Accurately document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or defects to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized in accordance with 5S manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably with a focus on engineering or technical studies.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of machine operation, mechanical maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks or stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to work in shifts and strictly comply with all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
