Join United Microelectronics Corporation's Singapore branch as a Lithography Equipment Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing semiconductor manufacturing excellence. This hands-on position requires you to own and manage critical lithography equipment operations, ensuring optimal performance and production efficiency. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of in-line Statistical Process Control (SPC) metrics, rapid resolution of equipment abnormalities, and systematic defect analysis to maintain stringent quality standards. Your expertise will directly impact yield optimization and process reliability in a cutting-edge fabrication environment. - Monitor and maintain lithography equipment performance through daily SPC analysis and real-time anomaly detection
- Lead rapid response to equipment abnormalities, minimizing production downtime and yield loss
- Execute systematic defect investigation and root cause analysis for lithography processes
- Manage lot handling protocols to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of lithography systems
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to implement equipment optimization strategies
- Document equipment performance metrics and maintenance activities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in cleanroom environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or lithography equipment operations
- Strong expertise in SPC methodologies, defect analysis, and equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency with lithography systems (e.g., ASML, Nikon) and associated diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and yield enhancement techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting equipment data and performance metrics
