Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and file various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and prepare legal memoranda.
- Organize and maintain complex case files, ensuring all documents are current and easily retrievable.
- Manage discovery processes, including document production, indexing, and redaction.
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings while maintaining attorney calendars.
- Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to facilitate efficient communication.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a litigation support or law firm environment.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
- Strong understanding of local court procedures and filing requirements in Malaysia.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
