Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
- Showcase products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to drive customer interest.
- Actively interact with viewers in the chat, answering questions and building rapport in Bahasa Melayu.
- Manage the flow of live broadcasts, ensuring technical smoothness and maintaining brand standards.
- Develop creative content and sales pitches to increase viewer retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream schedules with ongoing promotions.
- Monitor competitor live streams and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or in a similar sales-driven role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu (BM) is mandatory.
- High level of comfort and confidence in front of a camera.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build a community online.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the streaming schedule.
- Basic technical knowledge of live streaming equipment and software is an advantage.
