SOON HENG PROCUREMENT (M) SDN BHD is looking for a vibrant and charismatic Live Host to join our growing digital sales team in Bukit Beruntung. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting directly with our audience to showcase products, drive engagement, and boost sales through real-time streaming platforms.
We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable in front of a camera, quick-witted, and passionate about e-commerce. If you have the ability to turn viewers into loyal customers through engaging storytelling and high-energy demonstrations, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in our sales strategy, helping us expand our digital footprint and maximize conversion rates during live broadcast sessions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions across various social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits in an energetic and persuasive manner.
- Actively interact with the audience, answering questions and addressing customer feedback in real-time.
- Develop creative content and hooks to retain viewers and increase session watch time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream themes with current promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance during live sessions and provide feedback on product popularity.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable persona that reflects the company's brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or digital sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin (knowledge of multiple languages is a plus).
- High level of confidence, energy, and the ability to improvise on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and interactive audience engagement tactics.
- Ability to remain professional and positive while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined, punctual, and capable of working to achieve specific sales targets.
- Willingness to learn about our product range and stay updated on inventory.
