Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live streams to showcase products and services to potential customers.
- Actively engage with the live audience by responding to questions, comments, and inquiries in real-time.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert live viewers into paying customers.
- Meet and exceed daily or weekly sales targets through persuasive communication.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to plan live stream content, themes, and promotional activities.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics to improve future performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming/content creation.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills in English and/or Malay/Mandarin.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
