Summer Technic Corp. is looking for a dynamic Live Host Supervisor to oversee our growing team of live commerce streamers. In this role, you will be the bridge between creative energy and operational excellence, ensuring our broadcasts are engaging, professional, and performance-driven.
As a leader in the live commerce space, you will monitor live stream performance, provide real-time feedback to hosts, and implement strategies that drive viewer engagement and conversion rates. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of digital engagement in the Philippine market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor live streaming sessions to ensure content quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to live hosts to improve sales conversion and on-camera presence.
- Manage the daily scheduling and operational workflow of the hosting team.
- Analyze key performance metrics (viewership, engagement, sales) and prepare daily reports for management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing digital campaigns.
- Ensure a professional and safe working environment for all hosts and support staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in live streaming, digital marketing, or team supervision.
- Strong understanding of major live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada).
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a live broadcast setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends or holidays, based on campaign demands.
