Are you a natural-born entertainer with a passion for fashion and a flair for sales? DK ULTIMATE (M) SDN BHD is looking for an energetic and charismatic Live Host to join our growing e-commerce team in Sungai Petani. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with thousands of viewers across TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook Live.
You will play a pivotal role in our sales strategy by showcasing our latest fashion collections, demonstrating product features, and engaging directly with our community in real-time. If you are comfortable in front of a camera, possess a strong ability to persuade, and love staying on top of the latest fashion trends, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy, engaging live-streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook Live.
- Demonstrate fashion products, highlight key features, and style items for the audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and inquiries to drive conversion.
- Manage the live-selling environment, ensuring products are showcased effectively and professionally.
- Participate in pre-live planning sessions to understand product highlights and sales promotions.
- Analyze live session performance metrics to refine selling techniques and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live sessions with ongoing company campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field; prior experience in sales or performing arts is a plus.
- Confident, outgoing, and articulate with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (multi-lingual is highly preferred).
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to present products with enthusiasm and authenticity.
- Comfortable working in front of a camera and able to think on your feet during live broadcasts.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required.
- Proficiency in basic mobile content creation and familiarity with social media e-commerce tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer inquiries professionally.
