Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for digital trends and sales? PT Kaya Mulia Anugrah is looking for a dynamic Live Streaming Host to join our team in Bandung! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our online audience, showcasing our latest product collections, and driving conversions in real-time.
We are looking for someone who can command a camera, think on their feet, and turn viewers into loyal customers. If you are comfortable in front of a lens and have a knack for storytelling that sells, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan sessions, analyze performance data, and refine your approach to maximize live engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional, high-energy live streaming sessions across platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Effectively present product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and building rapport.
- Create compelling call-to-actions to drive sales and promotional awareness during the live stream.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding set design, lighting, and product inventory before going live.
- Monitor live metrics and adapt presentation strategies in real-time to maintain high viewer retention.
- Participate in post-stream debriefs to analyze sales performance and engagement trends.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Live Streamer, Host, Sales Representative, or Content Creator is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.
- Ability to improvise and handle live Q&A sessions professionally.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and sales conversion techniques.
- Technologically savvy, comfortable using streaming equipment and mobile applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by campaign schedules.
- Professional appearance and high level of comfort in front of a camera.
