We are a fast-growing FMCG retail company looking for an energetic and persuasive Liveselling Host to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with thousands of customers in real-time, showcasing our latest products, and driving sales through engaging live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to persuade viewers to make immediate purchases.
- Interact with the audience by answering questions in real-time and maintaining high engagement levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, product promotions, and sales targets.
- Manage the live environment, including product setup, lighting, and basic broadcast troubleshooting.
- Analyze live streaming metrics to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable brand image during all broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Host, MC, Influencer, or in a similar sales-driven role.
- Strong command of spoken Indonesian; ability to speak English is a plus.
- Confident personality, comfortable appearing on camera for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain audience attention.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting sales strategies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the campaign schedule.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
