- Conduct engaging, high-energy live streaming sessions to showcase and sell eyewear products.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to highlight product features, benefits, and style trends.
- Interact with the live audience, answering questions and addressing customer inquiries in real-time to build rapport.
- Actively promote ongoing sales, discounts, and limited-time offers to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to analyze stream performance and improve future presentations.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and authentic on-camera persona during all broadcast sessions.
- Monitor inventory status during broadcasts to ensure accurate product availability updates.
Kualifikasi
- Aged between 18–30 years old.
- Proven confidence in front of a camera and an ability to hold an audience's attention.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to engage with people.
- Self-motivated with a desire to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in live selling, social media content creation, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and platform tools.
