We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Livestream Seller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on TikTok and Shopee, hosting live sessions to showcase our premium range of pet products. As a Livestream Seller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building our brand presence across major e-commerce platforms. You will interact with pet lovers nationwide, answer their queries, and convert viewers into loyal customers through your charisma and product knowledge.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage daily live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Demonstrate pet products effectively to potential customers and explain features/benefits.
- Engage with viewers in real-time through live chat, answering questions and handling objections.
- Drive sales targets by promoting limited-time offers and flash sales.
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain a loyal community of pet lovers on social media platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or livestream hosting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present products confidently on camera.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee ecosystem is a plus.
- Genuine passion for animals and pet care.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet daily revenue goals.
- Own a smartphone with a stable internet connection.
