Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging and high-energy live streaming sessions on various social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers to drive sales conversion.
- Manage the technical setup, including lighting, sound, and platform configurations, ensuring seamless broadcast quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop scripts, themes, and interactive content ideas for upcoming streams.
- Interact with viewers in the chat, answering inquiries, and building a loyal community around the brand.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics and viewer feedback to optimize future content and presentation style.
- Stay updated with the latest live-shopping trends and platform algorithm updates to maximize reach.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in broadcasting or retail is a plus.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera or large audience.
- Basic understanding of live streaming platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
- Ability to improvise and handle live broadcast situations with professionalism and poise.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic AV/streaming equipment and software.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
