Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily administration and maintenance of the corporate Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in uploading, organizing, and updating e-learning content and training materials
- Monitor user engagement metrics and generate reports on course completion rates
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve LMS-related user issues
- Collaborate with the training team to optimize course delivery and user experience
- Assist in creating user documentation and training guides for LMS features
- Participate in system testing and implementation of new LMS functionalities
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or recent graduate
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems or e-learning platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Must be a proactive team player with initiative and organizational skills
