In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily supply chain and logistics activities. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, ensuring that all FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunch) loading processes are executed to company standards. This position is ideal for an individual who values operational excellence, adheres strictly to safety protocols (P2H), and takes pride in meticulous record-keeping.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy loading equipment safely and efficiently to support daily FFB loading activities.
- Perform daily P2H (Pre-start Inspection) to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition before and after operation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logbooks regarding operational hours, fuel consumption, and task completion.
- Ensure compliance with all site-specific safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report any mechanical issues, defects, or maintenance requirements immediately to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cabin and surrounding machine area.
- Collaborate effectively with ground teams and site supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar heavy equipment operation role.
- Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) or equivalent heavy equipment operator license.
- Strong understanding of P2H (Pre-start) inspection procedures and basic equipment maintenance.
- High level of discipline, reliability, and physical fitness to perform field-based tasks.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and complete logbooks accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and hazard identification.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based position in the Bekasi area.
