- Assess loan applications for creditworthiness and compliance with bank policies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Achieve monthly/quarterly loan volume targets while maintaining profitability
- Conduct thorough credit investigations and risk evaluations
- Promote BDO's financial products and services to existing and new clients
- Prepare comprehensive loan documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor loan portfolios and implement collection strategies when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in lending, credit analysis, or customer service
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of BSP regulations and lending policies
- Results-driven with proven sales achievement track record
