We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Loan Account Specialist to join our branch in Balamban, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets while ensuring the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio. You will conduct client assessments, process loan applications, and maintain relationships with borrowers to promote financial inclusion.
As a Loan Account Specialist, you will contribute to the economic development of the region by extending credit to micro-entrepreneurs and small business owners. Tanggung Jawab
- Attain individual monthly and quarterly loan budget targets.
- Market and promote loan products to potential clients in the assigned area.
- Evaluate loan applications, verifying client information and creditworthiness.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan documents and reports.
- Maintain a quality loan portfolio by monitoring repayments and managing risks.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and microfinance best practices.
- Contribute to team targets and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or loan processing.
- Knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to work in Balamban, Cebu.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
