Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and corporate loan accounts by identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate the viability of loan applications.
- Structure customized loan packages to meet the unique capital and liquidity needs of business clients.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention and satisfaction throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal credit and operations teams to streamline the loan approval process.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address potential risks or repayment challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial banking, corporate lending, or business relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment, and market trends in the banking sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
