- Oversee daily operations and performance of assigned loan consultants
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance consultant capabilities
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback for performance improvement
- Resolve escalated client issues and consultant concerns with diplomatic solutions
- Collaborate with credit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Design incentive programs to boost consultant motivation and sales targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial services with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in relationship management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of lending products and regulatory compliance (SEC/BSP)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
