As a Loan Officer at WBI, you will be the face of our lending department. You will not only manage loan portfolios but also actively engage in market expansion and client acquisition. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, solicit, and generate new loan applications through effective networking and community outreach.
- Conduct thorough financial interviews and assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Explain loan products, terms, and interest rates clearly to prospective clients, ensuring full transparency.
- Prepare comprehensive loan documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and proactively manage collections for delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with the credit department to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval workflows.
- Stay updated on local economic trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Sales Representative, or in a similar financial services role.
- Strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition within the banking or microfinance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong moral character, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Residency within or near Pasig City is highly preferred.
