Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing or credit analysis
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Valid lending industry certification preferred
