Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate loan applications to determine borrower eligibility and credit risk
- Analyze financial documents, credit histories, and collateral adequacy
- Process loan applications in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Prepare loan documentation and ensure accuracy of all submission materials
- Provide clear loan product guidance to clients based on their needs
- Collaborate with underwriting and compliance teams for seamless processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lending or credit assessment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
