Tanggung Jawab
- Assess creditworthiness of applicants by analyzing financial documents and credit history.
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
- Provide expert financial guidance to clients regarding suitable loan products and repayment plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during the underwriting process.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to expedite loan processing and improve service efficiency.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment.
