Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in consumer lending, credit assessment, or loan processing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial documents and credit reports
- Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
