Tanggung Jawab
- Assess loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness through thorough financial analysis
- Manage and maintain portfolio of loan accounts with proactive debtor communication
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies while maintaining client relationships
- Prepare accurate documentation for loan disbursements, repayments, and settlements
- Collaborate with credit team to mitigate risk and ensure portfolio health
- Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceed monthly targets through structured follow-up and negotiation tactics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in loan processing, collections, or financial services
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and lending practices
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently
