Tanggung Jawab
- Review and verify loan application documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate regularly with borrowers to collect necessary information and provide status updates.
- Coordinate with underwriters, credit bureaus, and other third parties to facilitate the loan approval process.
- Input data into loan origination systems while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Monitor and manage the loan pipeline to ensure all applications meet regulatory and internal deadlines.
- Prepare loan files for final underwriting and closing procedures.
- Resolve discrepancies or missing documentation promptly to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, mortgage, or banking administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and high data entry accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
