ConnectOS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to join our growing team supporting Australian mortgage brokers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks to prepare, process, and track loan applications throughout the approval workflow.
As a Loan Processor at ConnectOS, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing operations for our Australian clients. You'll work closely with mortgage brokers, lenders, and borrowers to gather necessary documentation, verify financial information, and ensure compliance with Australian lending standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and organize loan application files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collect, verify, and process required financial documentation from borrowers
- Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure timely loan progression
- Input and maintain accurate data within loan management systems
- Review loan submissions for completeness and compliance with lending guidelines
- Track application status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues or discrepancies
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or similar financial services role
- Strong understanding of financial documents and lending procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfortable learning new software systems
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience processing Australian or international mortgage applications preferred
- Background in finance, banking, or related business degree is an advantage
