Tanggung Jawab
- Promote housing loan services through direct marketing, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Prepare and present loan applications with complete documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure timely loan processing
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in finance
- Track and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide post-approval support to ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification; diploma/degree in finance/business preferred
- 1-3 years sales experience in financial services or real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driving license with own vehicle preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of loan processing procedures
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
