Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and high-potential leads.
- Present and explain loan products, terms, and conditions clearly to prospective clients to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and referrals.
- Process loan applications and coordinate seamlessly with underwriting and processing teams.
- Perform credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the financial services, banking, or lending industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Willingness to undergo intensive product training and obtain necessary certifications.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
