- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Effectively market and promote the bank's loan products to potential borrowers.
- Facilitate and assist clients throughout the entire loan application and approval process.
- Conduct thorough Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform comprehensive background investigations and credit assessments on loan applicants.
- Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly loan origination targets and actively contribute to overall branch growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking, lending, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and understandable manner.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area (Baganga, Davao Oriental).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to banking ethics.
