Tanggung Jawab
- Review and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy according to company guidelines.
- Verify client financial information, credit history, and employment status.
- Maintain organized digital and physical loan files ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate with loan officers to facilitate the approval and disbursement process.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients regarding loan inquiries and status updates.
- Perform daily data entry and prepare accurate reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, banking, or administrative finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with database management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with an organized approach to documentation.
