- Process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Review client financial information to determine eligibility for loan products
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan status and answer inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and loan documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Calculate loan payments, interest rates, and repayment schedules
- Assist in the preparation of loan closing documents and disbursement of funds
- Collaborate with loan officers to ensure smooth processing of loan applications
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in loan processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in loan processing or customer service in a financial institution
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and loan processing software
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client inquiries professionally
