Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote loan products to prospective clients.
- Conduct lead generation activities through networking, cold calling, and community engagement in Bogo City and surrounding areas.
- Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company loan products, interest rates, and lending guidelines.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales tactics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the banking or lending industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Residing in or willing to work in Bogo City, Cebu.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
