Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers to discuss their financial needs and loan requirements.
- Assist customers in filling out loan application forms accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer profiles to determine eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
- Communicate loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules clearly to ensure transparency.
- Process and verify documentation required for loan approval.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loans, banking, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic data entry.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- Valid NRIC and work authorization in Singapore.
