Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients for banking products.
- Promote and sell the bank's various loan products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process loan applications and assist clients with documentation requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the credit team to evaluate loan applications and approve disbursements.
- Conduct financial counseling and financial literacy seminars for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in the banking industry).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
