Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source, solicit, and acquire new loan clients (personal, auto, housing, SME) within the Cainta and greater Rizal area.
- Conduct client needs analysis to recommend the most suitable loan products and terms.
- Prepare and review loan applications, ensuring all documentary requirements are complete and accurate.
- Execute field work activities including client visits, site inspections, and community selling to expand market reach.
- Manage and maintain a healthy loan portfolio by monitoring payment schedules and initiating collection follow-ups when necessary.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the branch management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations) for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in banking, lending, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1, 2, or 3) and own a motorcycle for field work.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with high ethical standards.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal.
