Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive loan interviews and assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide expert financial advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the branch management to implement effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in banking, lending, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and bank management systems.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
