EastWest Rural Bank, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Loans Specialist-Sales to join our dynamic team in Pasay-Libertad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving loan sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
This position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₱17,000 – ₱17,095. While a valid driver's license is an advantage for client visits, your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and guiding them through our diverse loan products. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a genuine commitment to providing top-tier financial service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate and manage sales leads to generate new loan business and meet monthly targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessment and financial counseling for prospective clients.
- Process and evaluate loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all sales activities and processes adhere to bank policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, deals, and performance metrics.
- Drive to client locations (advantage) to facilitate face-to-face meetings and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License is a significant advantage.
