Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact existing customers via outbound calls to promote banking loan products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan products
- Provide clear and accurate information about loan products, terms, and conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan products
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on new loan products and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or degree in any field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
