- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve inquiries with proactive problem-solving
- Maintain pristine lobby ambiance and ensure operational readiness
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with strong service orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore's tourism landscape advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
