Are you detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space? We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Lobby Cleaner to join our team in Singapore. As the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression of our facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the lobby area is consistently clean, tidy, and presentable. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, emptying trash bins, and sanitizing restrooms. You will work closely with the facilities team to ensure that cleanliness standards are met and maintained at all times.
We provide a full uniform and all necessary cleaning equipment. Please note that you must be comfortable with signing in and out at the start and end of each shift, and you are required to wear dark long pants and covered shoes for safety and professionalism.
This is a part-time position offering flexible shifts and a competitive hourly rate. Whether you have previous cleaning experience or you are looking for a stable and rewarding role, training will be provided to help you succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum lobby floors and entrance areas.
- Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions to maintain a streak-free shine.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
- Good time management skills to complete duties within the schedule.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Must be able to wear the provided uniform and adhere to the dress code (dark long pants and covered shoes).
- Must be willing to sign in and out as part of attendance tracking.
