Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of lobby and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain high aesthetic standards.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, elevator buttons, and reception counters.
- Ensure trash bins are emptied and waste is disposed of according to site regulations.
- Report any facility defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours via the mandatory sign-in and sign-out process.
- Replenish supplies such as hand sanitizers or brochures as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar janitorial role is preferred.
- Ability to follow strict health, safety, and security protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in managing assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Must strictly adhere to the uniform policy (dark long pants and covered shoes).
