We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Lobby Cleaner to join our team in Singapore. As the first point of contact for our visitors and guests, your role is vital in maintaining an impeccable, welcoming, and sanitized environment. You will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness within the lobby and common areas. We provide all necessary uniforms, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a professional atmosphere for both our staff and visitors. Please note that strict adherence to our sign-in and sign-out protocols is mandatory to ensure building security and accurate attendance tracking.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the lobby and entrance areas at all times.
- Perform routine floor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure glass doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces are wiped down and sanitized regularly.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure trash bins are emptied and maintained.
- Replenish essential amenities and ensure the lobby area remains orderly.
- Report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Strictly follow attendance protocols, including accurate sign-in and sign-out procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow simple verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess own dark long pants and covered shoes for uniform compliance.
