We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience and ensuring seamless front desk operations.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and room changes with efficiency and warmth. You will serve as the bridge between the guest and the hotel operations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and you will ensure that all guest data is entered completely and accurately into our hotel systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Handle room changes and special requests while maintaining accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Maintain the lobby area's cleanliness, organization, and professional ambiance at all times.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with precision and honesty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management software.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Singaporean candidates are preferred.
