Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the lobby service team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee daily lobby operations, including visitor management, security coordination, and cleanliness standards.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for inquiries, concerns, or emergencies occurring within the lobby area.
  • Monitor team attendance, scheduling, and performance metrics to maintain operational continuity.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in service protocols.
  • Collaborate with Building Management and security teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all tenants and guests.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily reports regarding lobby activities, incidents, and visitor traffic.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in property management, hotel operations, or premium customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
  • A professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during high-traffic periods.
  • Solid understanding of safety and security protocols within a commercial building environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
