Are you a dedicated Quality Assurance professional looking to make a global impact? GSK is seeking a highly skilled LOC Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in Manila. In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of quality for our Local Operating Country (LOC), ensuring that all operational activities strictly adhere to global GSK quality standards, regulatory requirements, and local legislation.
You will collaborate closely with the Local Operating Country Quality Manager to oversee end-to-end quality processes, including product releases, supply chain integrity, and site-level compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) at the local site to ensure full compliance with GSK and regulatory standards.
- Manage local quality activities including product quality complaints, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain integrity and distribution compliance.
- Support internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and implementing post-audit remediation plans.
- Participate in the oversight of local vendors and service providers to ensure quality agreements are strictly upheld.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site quality culture and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert quality guidance to local stakeholders regarding regulatory updates and compliance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and local Philippine FDA regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex quality incidents and lead investigation processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ) is a distinct advantage.
