- Source, vet, and onboard qualified local suppliers for frozen food products
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Negiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Prepare purchase orders and track delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of local market suppliers and distribution networks
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, FDA)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
